Our FREE training plans are brought to you by our official training partner, RunGR. RunGR is a Grand Rapids running club made up of people with a wide range of skill levels and ages, all trying to better themselves and their community through running. With the guidance of two respected coaches, this group will help add the structure and purpose to your routines needed to take your running to the next level.
