Providing the community with a premier starting line to accomplish goals since 2002.  That is the mission of the Bridge Run.  Our volunteer race committee is passionate about providing YOU with a GREAT experience as you tackle YOUR goals.

First time participating in a 5K or 10 Mile Race?  Not a problem,  we will focus on helping you reach your goals with free training programs and advice!  For those looking towards a fall half marathon or marathon, the Lake Michigan Credit Union Bridge Run is timed in the training calendar to help you build speed & endurance.  For the speedsters, we offer a cash prize for the 5K & 10 Mile Run.  EVERYONE receives a finisher medal.  There truly is something for everyone at the Lake Michigan Credit Union Bridge Run.  Be sure to check out our information section to learn more about the Bridge Run.

In 2018 our generous sponsors and the 2,442 participants helped us raise over $10,000 for local charities.  With your help, we look to provide even more support for these organizations this year.

Be sure to check out our store and add yourself to our email list. We also have a variety of partnership opportunities for organizations of all sizes.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Rosa Parks Circle on September 15.  Of course, the first step is to reserve your spot on the starting line. If you are unable to be in person, make sure to check out our virtual event offering that still allows you to wear a participant shirt and finisher medal proudly!

Race Director's Corner

Dear Bridge Run Fans,

It is a little cold out, but no fear, your race committee has their eyes set on September 15.  We are in the process of planning the 2019 Bridge Run and working to ensure that YOU have a great experience and achieve whatever goal you have established for yourself.  If you have any suggestions for us, please email them to

We have just finalized the Partnership Opportunities for 2019.  Take a look at them and let us know if your organization would like to partner with us this year to help our community get out and active.

Stay warm and keep your eyes on whatever goals you have set for yourself this spring.  Remember it is always one foot in front of the other.
